A disciple is a learner. Also a disciple is disciplined. So, to be a disciple is to be open to growth, both in what we learn (the head) and how we live (the heart).

Blessed John Henry Newman once said:

Growth is our key success criteria. More than how much one knows, we value how much one is willing to grow. Growth evidences the vitality of the soul.

Raising up disciplemakers is a huge job, forming meaningful relationships (partnerships) is always our priority, but closely follow by that we believe is the need to provide the platform and resources, both physical and digital, to support the ongoing growth of disciplemakers.
